Hi, I'm Krystal
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Celiac for 15 years. Mom of a newly diagnosed daughter. And someone who refuses to stop traveling.
Pull up a chair — I’m so glad you’re here.

I know what it feels like to sit across from a menu and feel your heart sink.

WHY I BUILT THIS
Where this comes from.
LIVED EXPERIENCE
Fifteen years of label-reading, careful questions at restaurants, meals that still went wrong. I know what it feels like to be the person at the table who makes everything complicated.
CLINICAL TRAINING
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with education in autoimmune conditions. A clinical understanding of how the body responds to gluten exposure.
“I couldn’t find resources that combined clinical understanding with real-world travel experience. So I built it myself.”
Then Riley was diagnosed
Watching your own child navigate this disease — the confusion, the loss of food freedom, the anxiety at every meal — broke my heart in ways I hadn’t expected.
It also gave this project new urgency. Now I’m building this for her, too.
Riley tried poke for the first time in Maui. I’ll never forget the excited look on her face.
