If you live in New England and have celiac disease or follow a gluten-free diet, two events are worth marking on your calendar. The Wicked Gluten Free expos are dedicated, carefully vetted gluten-free shopping and sampling events where you can try and buy from 100+ vendors in one place — bakeries, snack brands, food trucks, and celiac nonprofits all under one roof.
New England Expo — Fitchburg, MA
- When: Saturday, September 19th, 2026, 10 AM–4 PM (VIP Happy Hour 3–5 PM)
- Where: Game On Sports & Performance Center, Fitchburg, MA
- Tickets: On sale now — timed hourly entry, $27.50 for adults (13+), $8 for kids 6–12, and free for kids 5 and under. Door sales begin at noon, even if online slots are sold out.
- Happy Hour (3–5 PM): Discounted entry — $12 for adults, free for all kids 12 and under — plus special vendor sales, discounts, and giveaways.

Connecticut Expo — Uncasville, CT
- When: Saturday, February 27th, 2027
- Where: Mohegan Sun Earth Expo Center, Uncasville, CT
- Tickets: Not yet on sale — tickets are scheduled to be released on December 1st, 2026.
The Connecticut expo is further out, so there is no need to rush. If you are interested, set a reminder for early December when tickets become available through the Wicked Gluten Free events page.
What to Expect
These expos are about 95% food, with a heavy focus on sampling before you buy. A few things that make them celiac-friendly and worth the trip:
- 100+ booths of gluten-free brands, bakeries, and eateries, plus celiac nonprofits.
- Vendors are vetted for cross-contact, and booths are clearly marked (including dedicated gluten-free facilities).
- Gluten-containing foods are not permitted inside the venue on event day.
- Food trucks and prepared-food vendors, presentations and demos, a kids’ play area, and free parking.
- Bring a cooler and extra bags — stocking up is encouraged, and some products are hard to find locally.
